More than a year after its inception, the UConn Health Center’s robotic surgery program continues to expand with more doctors and treatment options.

The da Vinci Surgical System allows surgeons to perform the most precise and least invasive procedure possible.

The Health Center now has nine surgeons treating a wide range of conditions including:

  • Cervical and Uterine Cancer
  • Endometriosis
  • Gynecologic Cancer
  • Heavy Uterine Bleeding
  • Kidney Cancer
  • Kidney Disorders
  • Prostate Cancer
  • Thyroid Nodules and Tumors
  • Uterine Fibroids
  • Uterine Prolapse
