UConn women’s basketball alumna Breanna Stewart took home the awards for Best Female Athlete and Best Female College Athlete at the 2016 ESPY Awards in Los Angeles on July 13.

Stewart, this year’s No. 1 overall draft pick to the Seattle Storm, earned two ESPYs after leading the Huskies to an undefeated season and an unprecedented fourth straight national championship.

Other nominees for Best Female Athlete included Elena Delle Donne, Simone Biles, and Katie Ledecky, while Raquel Rodriguez, Samantha Bricio, Taylor Cummings, and Sierra Romero were also up for Best Female College Athlete.

Head coach Geno Auriemma, Stewart, and the rest of the Husky squad were represented in five categories, including Best Team. This marked the third straight year that the Huskies were nominated for Best Team, and they were the only returning nominee from 2015.
