University Communications maintains an extensive archive of high-resolution digital images, including many headshots, for University use.

We also invite faculty and staff to submit photos for possible publication on UConn Today. Photos will be selected based on content, composition, and technical quality.

Guidelines for submitting photos to UConn Today

1. To send photos for consideration, please send them as e-mail attachments to todaypix@uconn.edu or download them to the University dropbox and forward the link via e-mail to todaypix@uconn.edu.
2. Full caption and credit information should be included in the e-mail. We need to know who took the photo (or the organization to which the photo should be attributed), the names and titles of the individuals depicted and where they are in the photo (left to right), what they are doing, and where the picture was taken.
3. Photos should be a minimum of 1,000 pixels on the shorter dimension, and should be forwarded to us unedited and uncropped from your camera or scanner.
4. When possible, we prefer to have a couple of photos to choose from. However, please limit the number you send to no more than 5.
