Dr. Alan Cementina, a practitioner of family medicine at the UConn Health Center, was honored with the Health Center’s David D. Schmidt, M.D. Award. Cementina was selected for promoting the highest ideals of family medicine, and being committed to family-centered care for both the individual and the community.
