<p>Senior Kendall Reyes of the football team addressed the General Assembly as Speaker of the House Christopher Donovan looked on during Husky Day at the State Capitol on April 27. The University of Connecticut men's and women's basketball teams and the football team paid a visit to the State Capitol where they visited the office of Governor Dannel Malloy as well as the chambers of the House of Representative and the Senate. It was a magic year for all three teams as the men's basketball team won the NCAA Championship, the women's basketball team advanced to the NCAA Final Four and the football team played in the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl -- its first-ever BCS appearance.
