Each year on April 2nd, Autism Speaks celebrates World Autism Awareness Day by 'lighting it up blue' in an effort to increase awareness about autism. Joining with other landmarks throughout the world, including the Empire State Building in NYC, UConn's Wilbur Cross Building was bathed in blue light in observation of the event. This is the third year in a row that this global initiative has taken place. (Max Sinton/UConn Photo) (Max Sinton/UConn Photo)
