Well, we\u2019ve got a different story to tell.\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/ZiCWqrKyxVs\">We introduced you to Melissa Dzierlatka more than a year ago<\/a>.\u00a0 Melissa had lost more than 160 pounds and was no longer borderline diabetic. She credited her turn-around to the Calhoun Cardiology Center&#8217;s\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/health.uconn.edu\/cardiology\/clinical-services\/lifestyle-medicine-program\/\">Lifestyle Medicine Program<\/a>\u00a0at UConn Health.<\/p>\n<p>We recently checked back in with Melissa to see how she was doing and whether she had succeeded in maintaining her weight loss and good health when so many others fail.
