The fund provides limited financial or logistical support to students who experience an unanticipated hardship that threatens to derail their education.<\/p>\n<p>The tournament features a scramble format that begins with a four-person shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. The event is presented by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.simplexgrinnell.com\/\">SimplexGrinnell<\/a>, with support from other area corporations. The registration fee is $125, which covers 18 holes of golf, a cart, and a buffet dinner after the round. There also will be a silent auction.
