The <em><span style=\"margin: 0px; font-family: 'Georgia',serif;\">Wrack Line<\/span><\/em>s issue was chosen from among 241 entries in the magazines, journals and tabloids category of the contest. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"margin: 0px; color: #333333; font-family: 'Georgia',serif;\">The Spring-Summer 2019 issue, titled \u201cMaking Connections: As the Climate Changes, People and Nature Intertwine in New Ways,\u201d contained articles about the increase in coastal road flooding; new research into wind risk for homes; the lingering effects of Superstorm Sandy; CT Sea Grant\u2019s Crosscurrents retrospective art exhibit; and an essay on the beloved nature writer Edwin Way Teale.
