The University of Connecticut will test its emergency notification and alerting system, UConnALERT, on Tuesday, Feb. 9, at 12:25 p.m., on all campuses.<\/p>\n
The test involves multiple messaging platforms. A notice will be posted on the UConn Alert website (alert.uconn.edu); an email will be sent to all students, faculty, and staff; and posts will appear on the University\u2019s Facebook<\/a> and Twitter<\/a> accounts.<\/p>\n In addition, cell phone numbers registered with the UConnALERT system will receive text messages.
