Electrical Engineering \u201803), President at <a href=\"srbcg.com\">SRB Consulting Group<\/a>, is a recently Certified Career Management Coach (CCMC). Mr. Bouchard achieved his certification through an <a href=\"http:\/\/www.coachfederation.org\/\">International Coach Federation<\/a> credentialing program. He offers professional career coaching services, assisting his clients to achieve deeper learning, improved performance, accountability and confidence. Materials Science\u201906), Deputy Technical Manager at Pratt &amp; Whitney and passionate advocate for early STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) exposure and mentoring for girls, delivered the keynote address at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazinggirlsscience.com\/calendar\/amazing-girls-science-conference\/\">Amazing Girls Science Conference<\/a> on Saturday, March 21, 2014 in Norwalk. A non-profit founded by Dr. Cynthia Barnett, Amazing Girls Science strives to motivate young girls to pursue education and career opportunities in STEM fields and build self-confidence, self-esteem, curiosity and problem-solving skills. Clark said the experience addressing her audience of 4th \u2013 8th grade girls left her feeling invigorated and hopeful for the future of female engineers and scientists.<\/p>\n<p>Joonho J. Lee (B.S. Computer Science &amp; Engineering \u201893) was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.newyorkfed.org\/newsevents\/news\/aboutthefed\/2014\/oa140226a.html\">promoted<\/a> to senior vice president and group information officer for the Financial Institution Supervisory Group at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ny.frb.org\/\">Federal Reserve Bank of New York<\/a>. He had been a vice president since January 2010. Lee joined the Bank&#8217;s Technology Service Group in June 2000 and was named an officer in June 2003. Prior to joining the Bank, he served as a manager of external communication and trading system support for TIAA-CREF Financial Services. In addition to his undergraduate engineering degree from UConn, Mr. Lee holds master\u2019s degrees in business administration and computer science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a J.D. degree from New York Law School.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/d45h139.public.uconn.edu\/sites\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/alumni-yannes.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-18250 img-responsive lazyload\" data-src=\"http:\/\/d45h139.public.uconn.edu\/sites\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/alumni-yannes.jpg\" alt=\"alumni yannes\" width=\"140\" height=\"203\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 140px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 140\/203;\" \/><\/a>Craig D. Yannes (B.S., M.S. Civil Engineering, \u201907, \u201809), P.E., is a project engineer at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tighebond.com\">Tighe &amp; Bond<\/a>, Shelton. With a team of more than 240 employees, Tighe &amp; Bond provides engineering and environmental services for clients in government, industry, healthcare, education, real estate, energy, and water\/wastewater markets. Yannes recently earned his Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) certification from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ite.org\/\">Institute of Transportation Engineers<\/a>. This national certification represents the attainment of the specialized knowledge, skills and abilities required for traffic operations engineering. One of 15 PTOEs in Connecticut, he has experience with transportation planning, traffic impact studies, traffic signal design, roadway design, and traffic calming. A licensed professional engineer in the state, Yannes is also a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers and the American Society of Civil Engineers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Stay in touch with the School of Engineering.
