The citation reads:<br \/>\u201cFor significantly advancing the state-of-the-art in electrical capacitance tomography instrument design.\u201d<br \/>Dr. Gao received this award at the IEEE International Instrumentation and Measurement Technology Conference (I2MTC) held in Montevideo, Uruguay.
