We are pleased to report that the UConn School of Nursing has again proven to be exceptional nationwide within its graduate programs.<\/p>\n<p>Online school programs have remained competitive over the years. UConn&#8217;s School of Nursing has managed to thrive and stay within the top 20 in the nation.\u00a0 The 2023 online nursing master\u2019s rankings evaluated 203 programs across the country and evaluated more than 1,800 online bachelor\u2019s and master\u2019s degree programs.\u00a0 The best online programs include rankings of bachelor\u2019s programs as well as master\u2019s-level disciplines.\u00a0 These rankings only include degree-granting programs that are offered primarily online by regionally accredited institutions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">\u201cThis prestigious ranking reflects students\u2019 hard work in a competitive program and our faculty\u2019s continued dedication to their students\u2019 success.\u00a0 I am delighted that for the first time all of our master\u2019s tracks, not just our highly rated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner track, have contributed to our No. 18 ranking,\u201d Dean Deborah Chyun says.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>\u201cOur national standing clearly showcases the outstanding graduate program at the UConn School of Nursing.\u201d Dean Chyun<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>UConn\u2019s School of Nursing offers a significant opportunity for online programs in continuing education.\u00a0 This has grown from past years to include: <a href=\"https:\/\/family-nurse-practitioner.online.uconn.edu\/\">family nurse practitioner<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/acutecare-nursing.online.uconn.edu\/\">adult gerontology acute care nurse practitioner<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/primarycare-nursing.online.uconn.edu\/\">adult gerontology primary care nurse practitioner<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nurse-educator-masters.online.uconn.edu\/\">nurse educator<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/neonatal-nursing.online.uconn.edu\/\">neonatal nurse practitioner concentration<\/a>, and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nurse-leader-masters.online.uconn.edu\/\">nurse leader<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe UConn School of Nursing master\u2019s program supports students in becoming leaders and science-driven practitioners who can meet the evolving and diverse health care needs of their communities.\u00a0 It is exciting to see the rankings which are a true testament to the determination and commitment of our faculty and students\u201d says Associate Dean for Graduate Studies, Annette Jakubisin Konicki.<\/p>\n<p>As the University of Connecticut continues to grow, the School of Nursing is excelling in enrollment and diversity.\u00a0 The past two years have had the highest applicant number in the school\u2019s history.\u00a0 Exceeding enrollment numbers and diversifying programs have been one of the highlights of this past year, with extensive plans underway for 2023.\u00a0 UConn\u2019s School of Nursing continues to pave the path in innovative research, excellence in nursing courses, and diversified programs which allow for continued areas of study.<\/p>\n<p>To review the complete list of the 2023 U.S. News &amp;
