The Connecticut Department of Transportation and the State Police indicate that they anticipate relatively few construction-related delays on freshmen\/transfer student move-in day, Friday, Aug. 27.<\/p>\n<p>Even under the best of circumstances, however, there will be elevated traffic volume on move-in day, and also over the weekend as upperclassmen return.
