The Department of Earth Sciences<\/span><\/a> at the University of Connecticut was ranked in the top 25 colleges for geological and earth sciences by <\/span>College Factual<\/span><\/a> in 2024.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

College Factual<\/span>,<\/span> looked at 183 schools in the United States offering Associates, Bachelor\u2019s, Master\u2019s, and Doctoral degrees in geological and earth sciences.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

UConn\u2019s department offers a bachelor\u2019s, master\u2019s, and doctoral degree and ranked <\/span>No. <\/span>16 overall for best geological and earth sciences degree.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The <\/span>master\u2019s<\/span> program was ranked No. 9, while the <\/span>bachelor\u2019s<\/span><\/a> and <\/span>doctoral<\/span><\/a> degrees were ranked No. 19.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The department was also ranked as the <\/span>top university<\/span><\/a> for a geological and earth sciences degree in New England.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
