Gittler Award<\/a> at the SSSP\u2019s 74th Annual Meeting in Montr\u00e9al held August 9-11, 2024. The award was established in 2007 and recognizes SSSP members for their significant scholarly achievements on the ethical resolution of social problems.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">He also received the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.asanet.org\/communities-and-sections\/sections\/current-sections\/racial-and-ethnic-minorities-award-recipient-history\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">2024 Founder\u2019s Award for Scholarship &amp; Service<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> from the American Sociological Association\u2019s Section on Racial and Ethnic Minorities.
