UConn John Dempsey Hospital<\/a> has achieved numerous five-star ratings for specialty care according to new research released by Healthgrades<\/a>, the #1 site Americans use when searching for a doctor or hospital. UConn was rated five stars for procedures and conditions, including treatment of upper gastrointestinal surgeries for 3 years in a row, treatment of pulmonary embolism for the two years in a row, and first-time ratings for treatment of pneumonia, and sepsis.<\/p>\n
