Dr. Agwunobi appeared on behalf of UConn Health. The UConn portions begin at 2:37:17.<\/p>\n<p>A second public hearing was held by the Appropriations Committee on Wednesday evening, which can be seen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=JqOEN00mKaY\">here.<\/a> It included students from UConn and other institutions of higher education in the state.
