From engineers and technical leads to project managers and business professionals, the ability to design, manage, and improve complex systems is a critical skill that sets leaders apart.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">For many working professionals, balancing careers demands with development can feel impossible.
