With the first Storrs Center building\u2019s steel infrastructure already taking shape along Route 195 and Dog Lane, the second building is now under construction as well. Both buildings will house a mix of residential housing and commercial space.<\/p>\n

Storrs Center will combine retail, restaurant, and office uses with a variety of residence types including studios, town homes, condominium apartments, and rental apartments. Some of those apartments \u2013 scheduled to open in 2012 \u2013 are now for lease<\/a>.<\/p>\n
