(Gail Merrill\/UConn Photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Shrimp and Sausage Gumbo, Pumpkin Bisque, and Chipotle Sweet Potato were among the soups available to sample at Wilbur&#8217;s Caf\u00e9 in the Wilbur Cross Building on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>In the space of 2\u00bd hours, close to 20 gallons of soup were tasted by about 600 students, staff, and faculty.
