Please bring your ID badge and health insurance ID card.<\/p>\n<p>Employee Health Service is located in The Exchange, across Farmington Ave. Park in back of The Exchange. Enter through &#8220;Main Entrance Building Three.\u201d Take elevator to 2nd floor. EHS is in suite 262.<\/p>\n<p>The first and foremost way to protect yourself from acquiring influenza is by receiving the influenza immunization but here are some other important hints to staying healthy this flu season.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wash      your hands often with soap and water, especially after you cough or      sneeze.\u00a0 Alcohol-based hand cleaners      are also effective.<\/li>\n<li>Avoid      touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Germs spread this way.<\/li>\n<li>Try      to avoid close contact with sick people.<\/li>\n<li>Exercise,      eat right and get plenty of rest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other Important Prevention Advice<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Follow      public health advice regarding school closures, avoiding crowds and other      social distancing measures.<\/li>\n<li>Be      prepared in case you get sick and need to stay home for a week or so; a      supply of over-the-counter medicines, alcohol-based hand rubs, tissues and      other related items could be useful and help avoid the need to make trips      out in public while you are sick and contagious.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends everyone 6 months of age and older should get a flu vaccine.
