\nWhere We Live: Jackson Labs and Personalized Medicine<\/h2>\n
\nJackson Laboratories is building <\/strong>a new genomic research facility on the UConn Health Center campus. The new facility will use genetics to tailor medical treatment to each person\u2019s unique genome. Marc Lalande<\/a>, associate dean for Research Planning and Coordination at the UConn School of Medicine, is interviewed about the promise of personalized medicine and also the potential perils.<\/p>\n
