The goal of these awards is to help faculty in all disciplines to better position themselves to apply for and receive extramural funding for their research and scholarly activities.<\/p>\n<p>For the\u00a0spring 2013 Faculty Large Grant competition, the Research Advisory Council received 62 proposals, and made 30 awards totaling more than $481,000.
