<p>This quilt hanging in the Student Union Lobby bears the signatures of individuals who support the efforts of UConn’s Suicide Prevention Committee. The theme,” Be Aware, Show You Care!” is intended to encourage everyone in the UConn community to strongly support suicide-prevention efforts. The Committee holds suicide prevention events throughout the academic year to strongly communicate that UConn cares and that there is hope, help, and healing for everyone who needs it.
