The University will offer flu shots for students, faculty, and staff on Tuesday, Oct. 25 in the Student Union Ballroom from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The vaccinations will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.

An insurance card is required and the cost is $22, which can be paid in cash or by check. Students (both undergraduate and graduate) can also charge the cost to their student fee bill or ask the University to bill an insurance provider. Participating providers are Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield or affiliates, HealthNet, Aetna, Cigna, Connecticare, United Health or Connecticut Medicaid. Students with coverage though a different provider must pay by cash or check. Students must also complete a Student Health Services consent form.

The University is unable to bill the insurance companies of faculty and staff, who must pay by cash or check instead.
