In addition to UConn researchers and students, experts from the commercialization community will be on hand, including business development advisors, intellectual property lawyers, incubation experts, personnel from the UConn R&D Corporation and the Office of Technology Commercialization, officials from Connecticut Innovations and investors.

Everyone is invited.

Hosted by the Mechanical Engineering and the Chemical, Materials & Biomolecular Engineering Departments, this month’s networking function will feature tours of faculty laboratories showcasing important research in diverse applications, from microbial fuel cells and novel drug delivery systems to disease characterization, nanosensing and other applications.
