On Oct. 25 and 26, Route 44 will be blocked in Mansfield Depot – near Thompson’s General Store, before the junction with Route 32/Stafford Road – between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. each day while repairs are made to the railroad crossing there. Traffic will be diverted in both directions.

UConn employees and students who usually travel to and from the Storrs or Depot campuses on Route 44 will need to take an alternate route. However, the Town of Mansfield has asked that drivers not use Depot Road.
