It’s a great way to start the summer. Beginning on June 25, the Dairy Bar will stay open until 10 p.m., seven days a week. Jackie Patry, assistant manager in the Department of Animal Science, College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, says, “The Dairy Bar staff is optimistic about our new extended summer hours and we look forward to accommodating our customers later in the evening. Nothing beats an ice cream cone on a warm summer night, so we hope our customers will take advantage of our new hours.”

The extended hours, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., will remain in effect through Sept. 2.
