As a result of yesterday’s severe weather, a significant portion of the Storrs campus will experience intermittent power outages this morning while repairs are made. Potential areas of campus identified as being affected thus far include buildings in the fine arts complex, Connecticut commons, communications sciences, physics, information technology, chemistry, Charter Oak Apartments, Bronwell/Engineering III, McMahon, and West buildings.

It is anticipated that normal power conditions will resume around noon. In the meantime, please take necessary precautions to safeguard electronic devices.
