The popularity of energy drinks is increasing in a world where we sleep less and work harder than ever. While popular energy drinks marketed to young adults, students, and athletes promise greater endurance, alertness, and performance, high levels of caffeine and other additives, carry potential risks for the young adults who drink these products.  Dr. Yifrah Kaminer, a professor of psychiatry and pediatrics at the UConn Health Center, talks about the controversy surrounding these drinks during an interview on NBC CT.
