New Classroom Buildings Taking Shape

<p>Work on the East Classroom Building, located on Fairfield Way next to the Babbidge Library is well underway.  The building will contain one large lecture hall and 20 high-tech classrooms, as well as the Departments of Economics, Journalism, Linguistics, Modern and Classical Languages and Political Science. Work on the West Classroom Building, located on Fairfield Way between the Student Union and the Center for Undergraduate Education, is well underway. The building will be the first that is dedicated solely to classrooms, with two large lecture halls and 17 smaller high-tech rooms. Completion is expected later this summer.
