Peter DeCarli, 83, of Coventry, Conn., who retired in 1997 as a facilities plant engineer, on Sept. 2.

Isabella Drobney, 93, of Willington, Conn., a retiree, on Sept. 16.

Dr. Henry B.C. Low, 95, of Bloomfield, Conn., retired chairman of the Division of Cardiothoracic Surgery at UConn Health, who was considered Connecticut’s premier pioneer in cardiothoracic surgery, on Sept. 15

Dr. Noman Mann, 101, of West Hartford, Conn., who worked for the 18 years at the Taste and Smell Center of the Connecticut Chemosensory Clinical Research Center at UConn Health and was an assistant professor in the Department of Medicine at UConn Health, on Sept. 14.
