More than three dozen UConn and UConn Health employees are among the more than 1,600 runners who took part in the 2023 UConn Health Half Marathon, 10K and 5K in Simsbury June 3.

Hundreds of volunteers from UConn Health, including physicians and staff from the Simsbury internal medicine practice, the Hartford Marathon Foundation, and Girls on the Run lent a hand. Representatives from UConn Health’s dermatology and cardiology practices and the UConn Institute for Sports Medicine staffed information tables, and dermatology residents provided skin cancer screenings.
