The UConn Health Pulse Podcast brings a variety of expertise on health topics to the general public.

Working with UConn medical students and collaborators from other institutions, Dr. Jaime Imitola, chief of UConn Health’s Division of Multiple Sclerosis and Translational Neuroimmunology, is out with a new, bilingual resource to help patients, their providers, and future providers overcome cultural barriers to recognize the signs of MS early enough to intervene and avoid or delay the onset of disability and progression.

Whatever happens in the first 15 months of the disease is very impactful 15 years later.
— Dr. Jaime Imitola

Imitola describes his “VISIBL-MS” tool on the latest UConn Health Pulse podcast.
