Aerosmith no longer is touring, forced into retirement by a fractured larynx suffered by lead singer Steven Tyler. Experts at UConn Health’s Voice and Speech Clinic say that type of injury usually is caused by trauma, rarely by overuse, but fractured larynx is among the many injuries and ailments they see in their practice.
