Secure Systems and Supply Chain: Focus of 2nd CHASE Workshop

The Center for Hardware Assurance, Security and Engineering (CHASE) will hold its second annual workshop on April 9-10, 2014 at the Storrs campus. Security professionals are encouraged to attend at no cost, according to CHASE Director Dr. Mark Tehranipoor, the Charles H. Knapp Associate Professor in Electrical Engineering.

chase2The Center for Hardware Assurance, Security and Engineering (CHASE) will hold its second annual workshop on April 9-10, 2014 at the Storrs campus.  Security professionals, particularly those from industry and government, are encouraged to attend at no cost, according to CHASE Director Dr. Mark Tehranipoor, the Charles H. Knapp Associate Professor in Electrical Engineering.

This year’s program centers on Secure/Trustworthy Systems and Supply Chain Assurance and will feature speakers from across the private and public sectors sharing their ideas and discussing issues and innovative solutions related to hardware security and trust, counterfeit detection and prevention, security assessment, advanced track and trace methodologies, trusted system design, and electronic component supply chain security and management.  In addition to talks by leading experts, the program will include panels, posters and an open forum.
