Faucon, who joined the UConn Law faculty in 2023, is director of the Transactional Law Clinic, where she works with students to provide pro bono legal services to small businesses, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs. Her scholarship examines college athletics, including name, image, and likeness (NIL) laws, as well as alternative models for delivering legal services. Her work has been published in leading journals and cited in court opinions and legal briefs, reflecting its impact on both academic and practitioner communities.

Prior to joining UConn Law, Faucon served on the faculty at the University of Alabama School of Law, where she founded and directed the Entrepreneurship & Nonprofit Clinic, and held fellowships at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and the University of Wisconsin Law School.  She earned her LLM from the University of Wisconsin Law School and her JD/DCL from Louisiana State University. She holds a BA from Rice University.

Reeves serves as director of field placement and pro bono programs, overseeing opportunities that connect students with hands-on legal experience while advancing access to justice. She was recently named to the Association of American Law Schools Pro Bono Honor Roll, which recognizes individuals who expand access to legal services and support pro bono engagement within their communities.

Before joining UConn Law, Reeves spent nearly a decade leading the field placement program at the University of Maine School of Law, where she also directed the Rural Lawyer Project, an initiative aimed at addressing gaps in legal services in underserved communities.  She began her career as a litigation attorney in Maine and is admitted to practice in Connecticut, Maine’s state and federal courts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Reeves earned her JD from the University of Maine School of Law and her BS from the University of Southern Maine.

These promotions and tenure were recommended by the Office of the Provost and approved by the University’s Board of Trustees. They represent significant milestones in an academic career, recognizing both past accomplishments and future impact.
