Green Technology Competition at Grasso Tech
On Tuesday, May 22, students at Ella T. Grasso Southeastern Technical High School will demonstrate their innovative, sustainable solutions using recycled materials and addressing real-world environmental issues. This inaugural competition is a special initiative of the UConn School of Engineering's GK-12 Program, which is funded by the National Science Foundation.

Getting a Second Chance, and Giving Back for the Future
The worksite accident that nearly took the life of Michael Gargano '03 BSEE, also brought him to UConn and turned that life around in new, unexpected directions. Today he donates to support the University as a way of showing his vision for the future of engineering.
