When patients are discharged from the hospital they’re often prescribed multiple medications.  Learning about those medicines and their potential side effects and interactions with other meds can be overwhelming.

But a new internet-based product called Meducation®, developed by Polyglot System, Inc., is giving patients and caregivers an easy-to-use tool that helps reduce medication errors and increase patient satisfaction.

In this video hospitalist Dr. Wendy Miller explains how Meducation works and how it’s benefitting UConn Health patients.
