A Hands-on Approach to Physics

“The studio classrooms allow instructors to interact with students more frequently and discuss concepts with them in depth,” says Diego Valente, assistant professor-in-residence of physics.

History Class Sets Sail at Avery Point

A Storrs-based humanities course that explores the history of the oceans cast off on a voyage aboard the Enviro-Lab III, a research vessel owned by Project Oceanology.
