U.S. News & World Report Ranks UConn MBA No. 1 in Connecticut

The honor comes at a time when the program is revising and strengthening its offerings to provide more flexibility in selecting courses, and greater convenience for students, who can select a mix of in-person courses, on any of three campuses in Hartford, Stamford or Waterbury, or online options.

‘Hall of Fame’ Ceremony Celebrates Alumni Success—From Main Street to Wall Street

The School of Business has inducted some 150 alumni since it was created in 1993. In recognition of the 30th anniversary, many prominent inductees returned to honor those who followed in their footsteps.

UConn EMBA Alumna: ‘I Believe I Can Change the World’

The UConn Executive MBA is ranked among the Top 20 in the nation, according to a Forbes rankings released last fall. The program earned recognition because of its ability to attract top students, outstanding reputation among corporations, and alumni representation in senior management of Fortune 1000 companies.

Ten years ago, Calvert began working as an adjunct professor at UConn, and found his passion in the classroom. He joined the full-time OPIM faculty in 2018. In addition to his teaching responsibilities, he is the co-director of the MEM (Management & Engineering for Manufacturing) program, a highly competitive, dual-degree business and engineering major with a manufacturing focus.
