Engineer’s Research Targets Wireless Networks and Security
Computer science and engineering professor Aggelos Kiayias has received three new grants from the National Science Foundation for research aimed at improving the security of data transmitted and stored electronically. One project focuses on developing better encryption methods for wireless networks, to combat the widespread problem of data breaching.
